While some customers like to keep their new cars factory stock for awhile before diving into upgrades, others would rather get right down to business.

When you know what you want, why wait?

That’s just what happened after one of our recent customers took delivery of his new Chalk 991.2 GT3 RS (in Atlanta at the Porsche Experience Center, no less).

After driving from ATL to NYC, the car arrived at the shop along with a new titanium JCR Valved Race Pipe system.

Even without knowing its titanium, a quick glance will tell you that not only will the JCR exhaust be louder, but also far lighter than the factory system.

Flowing bends and clean welds make for a smooth flow and exotic appearance, especially as the titanium begins to turn shades of blue as the exhaust runs through a few heat cycles.

Where giant mufflers once sat, tucked up in the rear wheel wells of the GT3 RS, now loops of titanium pipe. Where the bulky center muffler posted up, the JCR valved bypass, featuring two silencers when you want to tone things down a bit.
